Important Guest Arrival Information

Thank you for choosing The Manor Lodge Repton, our beautiful property in the heart of Repton Village. Once your reservation is confirmed there are a few questions and processes we go through to ensure you are well prepared for your arrival. See steps below.

Get Ready To Share 

​

  1. Once booked, please share with us your email address as we don't always that information through AirBnb and similar booking platforms.  

  2. Please let us know if you are planning to bring a furry friend. We do accept pets with a £250 refundable pet deposit.

  3. Please let us know your bed preferences. We have 6 rooms, 4 of which are doubles and 2 of which can be set up as double bed, or 2 single beds (twin). Please let us know if double or twin needed on those 2 rooms

Get Ready To Arrive

​

  1. You will receive a Hot Tub & Gym Waiver 5 day before arrival which you can read and sign online. 

  2. You will receive a pre-authorisation email 3 days before arrival for your £500 refundable damage deposit (£750 if you have a pet). Please complete your card details so the deposit can be pre-authorised and automatically retuned after departure subject to any damages. 

  3. We will send your check in code the day before arrival (or sometimes the day of arrival) if we have a back to back arrival. You can contact is anytime with questions via WhatsApp on 01782971961.
