The property sleeps up to 14 guests across 6 well-appointed bedrooms, making it ideal for group bookings, family get-togethers, or corporate stays.

Yes, there is free private parking on-site for multiple vehicles, with easy access to the house.

Does the property have a hot tub?

Yes! The Manor Lodge features a private outdoor hot tub, available exclusively for guest use.

Is there a gym on-site?

Yes, guests have access to a private home gym, perfect for keeping up with your fitness routine during your stay.

Are pets allowed?

Yes, with a refundable £250 pet deposit

Is the property family-friendly?

Absolutely. We welcome families and can provide a travel cot and high chair on request. The spacious layout makes it perfect for children and adults alike.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible for an additional fee, subject to availability.

Is there Wi-Fi available?

Yes, superfast Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, ideal for remote working, streaming, and staying connected.

Is the property suitable for corporate stays or business retreats?

Yes, with large communal spaces, strong Wi-Fi, and quiet bedrooms, The Manor Lodge is perfect for business groups, off-site meetings, or team retreats.

Can we host a party or celebration at the property?

Yes, celebrations and group stays are welcome, but please be respectful of neighbours and follow house rules – no loud outdoor music or unregistered guests.

Is there outdoor space?

Yes, the property includes a private garden and patio area, ideal for relaxing, dining, or enjoying the hot tub. We provide outdoor furniture but do not provide (or allows) BBQs.

Is linen and towel service included?

Yes, all bed linen, towels, and essentials are provided for your stay.

Is there a fully equipped kitchen?

Yes, the kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, cookware, crockery, a dishwasher, and everything needed for group meals.

How far is the property from local amenities?

The house is a short walk or drive from local pubs, shops, and the village of Repton. Larger supermarkets and restaurants are nearby in Burton-upon-Trent and Derby.

Is there a cleaning service during our stay?

For longer bookings, a mid-stay clean can be arranged for an additional fee. Please contact us in advance to organise this.

Is there a damage deposit?

Yes, a refundable damage deposit of £250 is required prior to arrival. This will be confirmed at the time of booking.
